It's actually the main reason for my bulkin. My legs were anorectic tier and especially THIS PART, it just won't increase!
Is this just genetics? Like the short/long bicep inserts? Or will it eventually get bigger if I keep at it? (Never exercised my legs before, am 40yo).

also, how do bulkers deal with their body blowing up and all the excess lard, big ass, gyno? I mean, obviously you get back in shape, but in the meantime, during the bulkin, how do you not stress out about looking fat?

wat the fuck. consider something that focuses on straightening the leg like a leg extension machine? idk i don't have that problem, but i did gymnastics for a few years with a bunch of straight leg movements

You will never have athletic, blocky superhero quads.
I don't know that you had to get completely naked to show your knees.
