i've been continually losing weight for over a year now but about two weeks ago ive been stuck at 196 pounds on the dot, and it isnt moving anywhere.
i do weight training five days a week with HIIT on monday and friday, and a 5-12km run on wednesday.

I'm 6'1" and i calculated my TDEE, it's around 3000 calories a day, and the maximum i eat in a day is 2500, mostly less though.
