Hey Fit. Just wanted to know what are the best tips you use to make your day better. I have noticed that when I try and list 4-5 things to get done in a day that is not really as effective as just deciding what I absolutely wont waste my time on.
My List:
1hr Internet Browsing Max. Prevent idleness
No Porn.- No Fap: If less than 5 days since last.
No Browsing just because.
No Complaining or making excuses
No Negative thoughts- Can be hard to catch.
No Sugar- Strict no carbs 3-4 days of week.
No Processed food etc.
Any additions or do you want to share your own.

I quit playing video games a few weeks ago after years of playing 10 hours a day. Come home after work, play until night etc..
I've noticed a big difference in the way I think and mindfulness these days, a week after quitting I had like one day were I really wanted to get back into a game, but I just replaced my downtime with reading a book
As far as lists go, If I have a to do list for the day I usually hit every goal for the day, the issue with me is having a daily/weekly list in the first place. Not easy to plan this shit out
Don't sit on a comfy seat until you have done everything you need to do for the day.
