Whenever i bench i get ridiciolously tired very very quickly. After 4x12 i am no longer able lift anymore for like two days, and my arms turn so yello-like that just sitting upright on my bike becomes almost impossible.
Is this supposed to happen? I do get enough protein, water, calories and all that shit. I've only been lifting for 2 weeks.

You sound skelly, post height/weight.
If this is the case and you're stuggling with energy then adding some protein in the form of eggs and lean meats is never a bad idea.

I can only do chest every 5/6 days or so, but it seems to work for me. I mean if your chest is wrecked with doms for the next couple of days you've clearly done something right...
Maybe try Frank Zane's way: three sets - 12, 10, 8 - increase weight each set. (I like to finish off with a superset with flyes or whatever). 4x12 just seems like a weird routine to me.

Seems like the fact that im 183 - 63kg is the problem then. Should i just eat more? Im eating like 2500kcal and i try to stay above 80gs of protein/day.
