>Eat Fried Chicken (protein) and watermelon (fruit is good for you)
>Don't shower
>Put on dew rag / tank top / basketball shorts
>Go to gym
>Go to sit up machine
>Loudly moan and grab my abs, looking around to see if I can make eye contact with anybody
>Don't wipe equipment down
>Go sit in the middle of the track and stretch, totally oblivious to the people who now have to run around me
>Don't use track
>Go home
>Don't shower
>Lift 9mm sideways for 4 reps
>One a week, lift big heavy welfare check
>Buy drugs
>Get free college
>Still haven't showered
