What do you guys think about this programming?
My main goal right now is to build more upper body muscle, while slowly increasing bench weight.

Nuckols 3x int med for bench sets

Day1:
Bench
DB row
CGBP
Curl
Dips (high rep bw)

Day 2:
Bench
tricep pushdown, 20-30 rep sets, low weight

Day 3:
Bench
Weighted Chin-ups
Incline Bench
Weighted dips, lower reps
Curls

Anything you guys would change or do different? Will this work to put on upper body mass? Or am I overdoing it on the volume?

If you eat a lot (A LOT), then probably no too long. Maybe a month or something, asumming you progress 2.5 kg every workout, three times per week.
You might not be able to sustain this and have to do micro-loading, progressing 1 kg every session. Then it'll take you maybe a month and a half.
Feel free to post some form videos when the weight gets heavier.

If I had very limited time for training I would do something similiar(one top set per lift per session and maybe some more work depending on time and energy). If you don't have time to do the amount of volume that would be "ideal" it's better to increase the intensity and keep the quality of the sets high.

seriously? I mean, if his goals are bodybuilding, sure, maintaining will be optimal maybe. But PL is a weight class sport. His performance will be the best if he loses all non essential fat.

My recommendation: cut slowly until you feel your hormones go out of whack. Start bulking straight away then(you don't want to spend a long time in this fat deprived state). Your gains will be optimal. Not only will you be hypersensitive to protein synthesis resulting in massive gains the first couple months of training, but due to your low bodyfat you will be gaining more muscle compared to fat than you would if you bulked at a higher bodyfat percentage.

Theoretically, if you had a competition in 2 months, and you wanted to achieve the highest wilks possible, tell me, would you cut down to the 83kg class, or bulk into the 105kg class? 100% chance you would be more competitive in the 83s.

Also, once you start bulking from a low bodyfat percentage, you'll be amazed at how much muscle you will be putting on. Now, you're not fat, but you've got a good bit of chub on you. Be honest with yourself, don't delude yourself into thinking that you won't be real chubby at 105kg. But, if you spend 3-4 months cutting, then bulked up 20kg over the course of a year or so, I'd reckon you could be 105kg lean, around 13-15% depending on how well you train/genetics.

You know what, maintain. See how it works(hint, unless you've got great genetics, are a beginner, and/or don't have great technique on the lifts, it doesn't). But half the fun of lifting is finding that stuff out yourself like I did years ago.

Okay, if you wanted to lift the most in 6 months. Or 1 year. Or 5 years. Unless you're SHW, the weight you'll be at at the competition for optimal wilks is just before your hormones go to hell. Around 10-12% for most people.

Try googling hormone imbalance symptoms or something like that, then you will know what to look out for.

This sounds quite bad for gains, but trust me, you will recover from it quick and it can be very beneficial. Not actually being in the stage of hormone imbalance BUT knowing that just a few grams of fat above that is optimal gains territory.

1) weak triceps causes the weak lockout: do combination of triceps isolation work and triceps/lockout focused assistance exercises (floor press, board press, close grip)

Compression tights may keep you a bit warm but they won't really do much. The compression isn't that strong.

Knee sleeves provide more compression to the knee which helps improve blood flow and reduces direct strain on the knee.

Knee wraps are designed to stretch at the bottom of the squat to give you more "bounce" out of the bottom and assist with the lift.
