Is training to muscle fatigue the fastest way to lose fat? I have a skipping rope too so I can do it in my room.

Look up how weight loss works fatty. Those 2 hours will mean nothing if you don't fix what you eat and don't cheat.
Also why does it need to be a month? This is an ongoing process/lifestyle if you go all out for a month you might manage to shred a heap of weight but you'll put it all back on.

Who was the last person you saw running or jogging around outside? Chances are you can't even remember because they didn't register in your self-occupied little world. Everyone is walking around thinking about themselves, if they do notice you for a second they'll forget about you again immediately and go back to their own little world.
So go out and run. Do it at night if you're really a bitch. Try not to get hit by a car.

50-60lbs per year is a realistic weight loss goal. But the time is going to pass anyway so you might as well do it.
