I wanted to add chest flies, skullcrushers, and calf raises to the /fit/ greyskull routine, on monday, wednesday, and friday respectably. Would it be bad to add any more accessories to this? Would I be overtraining? Are they unnecessary to begin with for this routine?
I've been lifting for 2 months if that makes any difference.
Yeah just change it however you want

Pointless mate. Just stick to the routine

Why pointless?
If anything i'd add chest/shoulders volume every single day, barbell lunges on C, and skullcrushers on B

Because dips are a better exercise for the triceps, and they're already being done in tandem with Bench/OH Pressing which also works them extensively. I could see subbing some of the curls for chest work given that the constant vertical and horizontal rowing should work the biceps enough at this point in a lifter's career. As for the calf raises, just squat for now and then concentrate later on fixing any muscles insufficiencies you might have.
The point of a linear progression like GS/SS/SL is to keep you active and recovered for the next session so you can progressively lift more each time. If you do too much volume, you might not recover in time. Honestly, I'd steer you towards doing the standard version of GS, if you want bigger muscles in the least amount of time go do a bodybuilding routine.
