Does it actually work? Is it worth tossing out my pasta for?

It has been discussed and deformed so much, everyone says anything, and keto threads on /fit/ are a fucking mess of contradictory information
If you want get redpilled look up medical sources, it is a well documented and widely used diet.
Fitness-related sources will be polluted by partisan arguments and leave you more confused than you were to begin.
It does work, and once you are in ketosis it is actually a good thing to carb-up once a week. So you don't need to toss out your pasta totally.
