I drink non-diet cola instead, it hydrates you better. A guy on /fit/ told me sugar is good for you, it's fat that you have to avoid. I've been consuming like 300 tablespoons of sugar a day and 0 fat for the past few months. I've been passing out a lot lately, but it's probably just a coincidence.
