I've been going to the gym for some time now but I started a FULL BODY routine one month ago.
I'm 6'6'' (200cm) and 84kg. My goal is to GAIN weight. I'm also on a 3600kcal diet.
I do 12-10-8 reps:
Ass to grass squats: 20, 20 (warm up), 25, 30, 35kg
OHP: 25, 30, 35kg
Pull ups: 3x10 with help
French bench press: 10, 15, 17.5kg
Biceps curls Z bar: 10, 15, 17.5kg
Bench press: 42.5, 47.5, 52.5kg
I never did these exercises before except for the bench press.
What do you think? How often should I increase weight?
