Lol to be honest this is my first real cut too and i have been constipation mode the whole time and on the weekends take a fist full of lax to clean me out for the next week.

I rinse them in a strainer. Shake as much water off as possible. Have toaster oven to 400ish F. Coat them in olive oil and cook until desired crunchiness. I put sea salt on them or some kind of sauce like BBQ/Hot sauce. They're pretty bland but it's pretty healthy.
You could also make a chili with turkey/chicken instead of beef and put a shit ton of beans in there. Chili can be pretty low cal.
Eat hominy
just buy soluble fiber while sorting out your food choices. they work pretty well
