Don't say 'for gurrls D;' because otherwise you'll be destined to gain it back again. You are losing weight so the fat around your organs doesn't kill you when you're 40, and so the fat around your gut hips and ass doesn't disgust you every time you look in the mirror

>Brush your teeth/mouthwash
Stops any and all cravings, best used right after a meal

>Drink coffee and water
Blunts your appetite and fills your stomach respectively

>Chew sugar free fun
Same effect as brushing teeth and mouthwash

>Distract yourself from food
Focus on something else. A video game, a book, a tv show, a hobby, literally anything.
