/fit/, i need your help!
Ive been lifting consistently for 8 months while i was in a student dorm, went to the local gym, shit was great. But a month ago ive moved home, to a small village (about 200 ppl live here).
I stopped lifting since, degrading into skelly mode tight now.
Now, the problem is, the only available gym here is absolutely poverty, only got a bench and a squat rack, a 22 lbs bar and weights.
The only pair of 45 lbs plates are different in diameter, and are small as shit.
The question is, what could i do insted of deadlifts? Will the different diameter fuck my muscle balance up on other lifts?
I really fucking want to get back to lifting once my finals are over
