Alright /fit/, I have a dilemma that I can't solve on my own. The basics are, I work at a mexican resturaunt and I am too poor to eat anywhere else because food is free. What is a diet and matching exercise plan that only involves mexican food? I can purchase supplements, all chicken at the resturaunt is dark meat or mixed, gym is next door to my work and easy to get to. I know the basics of how to use pretty much everything at the gym, but have skipped going for the past three weeks. Any other advice appreciated.

Calories in, calories out anon. always keep up as much cardio as you can. And eat as little as your discipline would allow, punish yourself mentally for eating when you know you don't need to, if you can handle that sort of thing emotionally.
