Fat fuck trying to get into shape. What are your opinions on these? They kill me a lot, I feel much more tired doing this for 20 minutes than running 5k.
I checked out some interview on it, but the guy who was going on about how effective it was was basing all his finding on Lance Armstrong, who was on performance enhancing blood and drugs.
You think Cardio or this would be better? I'm looking to burn as many calories as possible.
