Hey /fit/ I'm new to lifting and just got called out at the gym for shitty squat form, glad I got called out. Turns out I can't bend my ankles for shit and physically cannot get down to parallel squat without falling over.

Aside from the obvious stretching, completely guessing here because I'm relatively new to lifting as well, but maybe do calf raises on the edge of a step stool or some stairs? Some kind of platform where your heels can go farther down than usual?
