Who here /eatshealthy/? What kinda meals do you make for yourself?
I shop at Costco, so meats eggs and veggies in bulk
Only whole, plant based foods. Diet is mostly based around beans, whole grains, potatoes and vegetables. I eat a decent amount of fruit, too. I supplement vitamin D and B12 of course.
i only eat chicken brown rice and lots of vegetables/fruits and water. Literally nothing else. is that bad?

sounds good to me. maybe try to get some different fats in there. fish oil supplement wouldn't hurt. and brown rice got boring for me i eat farro now.
1 bokicolioni
I'm on a cut right now, so I'm keeping my diet a little healthier than I normally would cause its harder to hit all your micronutrients. Throughout the day I eat chicken, sardines, fruits/veggies, quinoa, rice, and flax/chia seeds

I eat pretty much this but substitute rice with beans/lentils because I'm a fat cunt with a big appetite so I like eating a larger volume of food.

me
I eat around 1500 kcal from food a day, and 1-2 whey shakes on top of that. Ive eaten chocolate for the 5th day in a row today, but small amounts so it's okay. Usually get around 150g of protein, 80-120 of carbs and 50-80g of fats. I live with my parents and my mom is basically a restaurant tier cook so the food is legit as fuck. A lot of chicken.

me cuz I'm vegan. get enough protein easily. supplement for b12 d3 and dha/epa. least carcinogenic/ cholesterol ridden diet (inb4 muh cholesterol gainz). unreal fiber and bcaa. no downsides to it if you're not retarded enough to fuck it up, although you do get a bit gassy in the beginning.

Sounds healthy as long as you eat a variety of veggies.
tuna, chicken, brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower and beans, nuts
80% of my diet

Try adding variety to your diet. It's even better. Like fish and nuts.
