34, active job, out of energy after work. Help me make a routine

He /fit here are my stats:
Weight: 170
Height 5'10"
Age: 34
Appearance: Overall healthy looking, I have a slight belly now.

Nutrition: I drink apple cider vinegar every morning, I eat 3 average meals a day (no special diets)

Daily activity: My job is great, I walk 5-9 miles a day, lift heavy objects, climb, squat, curl are typical movements. I feel my core is much better since working here, but I have lost what little buffs I had added to my arms.

However the challenge is that I am out of energy at the end of my day, and I have lost muscle mass since working here.

What I need:
I need to get rid of the belly fat, tone my abs, build bigger forearms and biceps.

Can you help me figure out a daily routine that I can do to get back on the horse?

I'm 35. just do 5x5 and drink some caffeine, and watch porn right before you go work out( don't have sex/jack off on the same day you work out.). Works for me.

If your job is lifting heavy objects and curls are a typical movement and you've LOST muscle in your arms then obviously you're not lifting heavy objects at all.
