This is my 26 y/o skinnyfat body

No chest whatsoever, noodle arms, and though my stomach looks okay there, it hangs out and looks like a grandpa when i'm sitting.

I've only dabbled in fitness, about 4 or 5 years ago i was starting to get a lean ripped physique, but not much bulk.

Do you fitsters think i have any potential or am i locked down by genetics? Can you make much of a change as you approach 30, or do you physically start waning for good?

Well i had a physical a few weeks ago and turned out i'm in good health.. Actually more healthy than some people i know who are younger than me.
