Before anyone says it, I know that no legal supplement is offer steroid like results and that many supplements are over-hyped. I also know that you can progress just fine without any supplementation. However, that doesn't mean that there aren't some supplements that are well researched and proven to offer a slight benefit.
I'm not asking for a miracle pill, just a little extra help.
