I was 207lb a few months ago. I stopped power lifting and started a full body calisthenics circuit. I am now 161.6lb and pretty proud.

Not gonna lie, the strength to climb anything or move your body in any way is much cooler than dead lifting 3pl8. I've gotten 1000x more attention at the gym doing front and back leavers then I ever did with freeweights.

I typically alternate back and forth between hypertrophy and strength routines. I'm doing PHAT right now though. I keep my diet as simple as possible. Carbs before my workout and then I just focus on hitting calorie/protein goal.

I was working out 6 days a week with an active job, so I've been bulking on 3900 calories. Gaining weight pretty slowly.
