I do, well 7 days a week I workout at 6am and 3 days a week I also workout at 6pm, cardio and bro split 7 days a week, 3 days a week I do heavy compound and skills practice or hit muscle groups I feel are lagging. But I'm geared to the gills

It helps a lot, I've been training for about 10 years, I had a year off recently from a back injury and when I came back is when I decided to hop on and blast and cruise for life, after my injury and opiate use as prescribed to the dr and probably also aging I'm 31, my natural test was at 301ng/dl. Since being on I'm hitting new PRs and maintaning a lower bf than I ever had before, I don't do giant cycles, I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder just trying to look and feel good, and strength helps a lot at my job, most I've done is 500 a week test but cruising on 200test E a week and 100 mast E a week, the mast just makes me feel better doesn't seem to do anything else at the super low dose. Recovery is the biggest thing for me, I feel like I could train the same body part every other day with no issues
