How do you count macros and calories?

I interrogate the food. Broccoli takes surprisingly a lot of torture before it cracks and tells me the relevant macros and micros.

I've been able to count to 20 in Spanish since I was like 6 so I guess you could say it's el no problemo, niggerino.

I shoot for ~2000 calories a day and my diet consists of only raw chicken breast at water
