So I got Starting Strength, and Supple Leopard (the MobilityWOD book), and I'm starting to get comfortable reading fitness lingo about movements and muscles.
What other books are essential /fit/ reading? I'm interested in anything related to movement, flexibility, strength, and exercises. I really don't feel like I can trust any random book found by google search or recommended by Amazon, since there is so much broscience out there.
I'm even willing to read kinesthesiology or sports medicing textbooks if anyone can suggest a good one.
