Who here university-grade /chem/?

I decided to try an EC stack (DIY with Walgreens Primatene and Caffeine Pills) during a cut. There's plenty of lifting forum posts about EC but everyone seems to have different approaches.

Decided to just wing it and the results are phenomenal. I eat maybe half the food by mass on the stack versus without. But I'm curious as to how much of this is placebo

My dosing is as follows: 25mg ephedrine HCL + 250mg caffeine
M-Th 2x doses
F 1x dose
Weekend no dose
2 weeks on 2 weeks off

Also I have used EC stacks in conjunction with cardio before and it really messed my heart-rate, so I then moved to just doing it on non-cardio days but I was still a bit worried about heart-rate so quit after only two weeks, was I over worried? Anyone know where your heart-rate is meant to be set? I was at about 95 resting and cardio where I'm usually hovering around 160 I was hitting 200.

I dropped from 210 down to 198 inside of 2.5 months. I can't be assed to measure bf% but suffice it to say I look a bit more trim. QED so-so rate of weight-loss, probably could do better, however I feel super awake all day while on EC and withdrawing on off-weeks is not quite so terrible as I expected

No. ECA was pulled from the market as a "fat burner" due to people dying or otherwise irreversibly damaging their heart. I really want to do more cardio to losebut I'm afraid of exploding my internals if I push myself too much.

Coping with the side-effects of EC was tricky at first. Usually during my first few days of getting back on I'll drink at least 2 gallons of water every twenty-four hours, I get unusually light-headed when standing up, I sweat a fuckton more even when not working out, and I can't sleep worth a damn. Now, all of these go away/I stop noticing them after the first couple of days of getting back on and overall they aren't insanely debilitating
