Overall it looks like you're hitting all the muscles you should be, personally I would get separate my muscle groups into their own days. For instance, you're doing skull crushers the day before bench, I would do them on the same day since they both hit tris.

I really wish I could have the mental strenght to do some exercise, go out, socialize. I'm just in a bottomless pit. My brother told me today he hopes I will die fast and alone, and that I should never ask for his help, as if I ever did. It got me thinking. There's no point in living anymore I feel, I'm just running behind empty dreams like getting fit, moving with my LDR boyfriend, finishing my studies, getting a job. I'm going to an hero soon when I realize the last standing interest in favor of me living, physical health, is no longer something I can aspire for because of mental and emotional weakness. I'm not blaming my genetic makeup for being overweight (by 15lbs by the way, which are due to a bipolar drug which causes weight gain), but for being a neurological mess that don't know happy. Honestly why even live?
The only thing keeping me from popping those sleeping pills I got right fucking now is that it would destroy my boyfriend so I don't know what to do. I don't want to ruin another person's life because of my weak self. My "family" could care less to be honest. But him, I don't want to hurt. So I'm biting my time. I'm thinking I'll meet him this summer and do something to make him lose interest in me, then after we cut ties for a while, I'll do it. So he will not blame himself if he ever finds out. I resisted taking mades for four years, before my mom forced me to go to the hospital to be admitted, she pretended we'd check on my lungs (I had some shallow breaths at the time), and sneaked to talk with a doctor to ask for a psychiatrist. I was not psychotic, or manic, just somewhat low on energy because I was suffering from insomnia (typical symptom of bipolar). Anyway, they did not intern me but forced me to take those meds and attend those monthly meetings with a psychiatrist and if I didn't comply they would call the police and get me chucked in the looney bin, or worse on even more medication. I agree with you that the psychiatric system and drug industry are bad and they should feel bad for how they are treating people, I wasted two years of my life lobotomized like a zombie, and I am pretty sure that's why my brain receptors are fried and I can't feel happiness anymore (dopamine antagonists in bipolar medication, anyone?).

If you are bipolar you need meds. Sad reality of the matter. That said, a BUNCH of the bipolar meds on the market simply make you a veggie instead of working on the key problems. My sister had a bunch of issues with this and would refuse to take her zombie meds but then would be well... bipolar so it caused a slew of problems. It wasn't after we changed her doctor and tried another few meds that we found one that lets her have a more manageable condition and not be a walking potato.

I strongly, strongly suggest trying multiple bipolar meds even if its annoying and your doctor gets pissy.

Like I said I have no problem biking and losing weight that way but I feel gross and it's not flabby skin or stretch marks ( stayed hydrated through out, hardly any to speak of) just how physically weak I am. hit another bench and chin up PR today, /fat/. feels good.

My greatest weakest has been pizza, even when I was skinny. I usually had it once everything month when I was strict and then moved to every 2 weeks. I'm at the second week of my diet and had some really positive days. Though I'm desperately craving it and worry I'm gonna get weak, order it and undo any progression.

I house sat for a week last month for a nice paycheck, but there was no gyms within 30 minutes of the house. I took a whole week off, and by the time I left I was overeating every day. I'm back in the gym now, but not as consistently as before. I'm still overeating. I keep telling myself to stop, but I just can't seem to willpower through it.
