any tips on how to manage proper form? some video i watched said you should be able to read your shirt from the starting position, assuming your shirt has text on it. and you shouldn't "squat" the weight, and want to keep your butt raised more in the starting position.
how far away from you should the bar be? what are the "cues" i've heard people mentioning?
