Where I live you can get high quality multivitamin from pharmacy for cheap over the counter. So I bought it and the dosage said like one pill but that was for normies (people who don't work out). I couldn't figure out how much should I take so I just took like 5 pills and took them at once. I felt like I had a lot of energy like I went and lifted and on every exercise felt like I could do another set easy. Was it the vitamins? Or am I not pushing my self. I never felt like this before.

Thats all of the excess water soluble vitamins being peed out because your body cant process all of them at once. Dont do this op youre gonna destroy your regulatory functions and probably give yourself kidney stones

They tell you that because you can piss out any excess water-soluble vitamins. Fat soluble vitamins in excess are dangerous because your body stores them- does no one remember the kid on here that destroyed his liver megadosing vitamins?
