Where I live you can get high quality multivitamin from pharmacy for cheap over the counter. So I bought it and the dosage said like one pill but that was for normies (people who don't work out). I couldn't figure out how much should I take so I just took like 5 pills and took them at once. I felt like I had a lot of energy like I went and lifted and on every exercise felt like I could do another set easy. Was it the vitamins? Or am I not pushing my self. I never felt like this before.

They tell you that because you can piss out any excess water-soluble vitamins. Fat soluble vitamins in excess are dangerous because your body stores them- does no one remember the kid on here that destroyed his liver megadosing vitamins?
