Ey lads, I want to start foam rolling but don't know jack about it. Is there some premade foam roll routines or series of exercises to follow? Also, what kind of a roll would be best? My main focus would be my back which gives me hell every day.

Thanks mate.

Well I dont know what the "movements" or stretches or whatever they are called. Do you have a set of moves you perform?
Is it possible to fuck up my lower back with this thing?
Go slow. Foam rolling should be painful. Fuck the majority of videos. They're only half right.

I go all over the body and when i feel a contraction I'll put steady pressure.
