Almost everyone eats out in a corporate office, and if it's a big one the big dogs usually pay. I'm not talking Arby's either. Great food that's bad for you. It's extremely easy to gain a ton of weight in this kind of environment, I've seen it happen.

Yeah I've been making a ton of chicken and rice and bringing it into work. I'm probably going to start meal prepping on Sundays so that I can grab a meal in the morning when I'm heading out.

Fidgeting at your desk can burn 200 calories a day. Don't all for the fidget spinner meme it kills gains.

I simply go after work. My gym is 2 minutes away from the office on foot, anyway. My work days end at 5 so I have plenty of time to get a workout in, go home, shower, eat, and go out again.

Are you high? Do you have any idea how hard that would be for a company like that to compete in the age of the torrent and the streaming site?
