Can I alternate squats and diddlys like bench and ohp on SS? I'm too weak and my back is tired by the time I end with the squats to go and deadlift. If that's not ideal than what's another good beginner program?

Unless you are over 40, eat more and sleep more. Take sufficient breaks between sets (5-10 minutes).

If you're too weak to do a lift, lower the weight and work your way up. Saying that you don't want to do a lift because it's way too hard completely defeats the purpose, doesn't it?

squat is 62kg, DL is 60, I havent progressed much because as I said my back is too tired after squats(low bar) and I was recovering from a minor lower back injury I got picking up a 8kg barbell (thats how weak I am).

Eat more, sleep more, you are not lifting heavy enough to have an excuse to skip. Wait 20 minutes if you have to.
On squats, 3 sets of 5, add 5 lbs each workout.
On DL, 1 set of 5, add 5 lbs each workout.

When I started my back was sore as fuck after squats, sit down, lean to let your back rest and take longer brakes, that helped me.
