I'm 5'9", 150 lbs, typical skinny fat. I downloaded an app that helps you make healthy meal plans on a budget.
This week the macros are per day:
Calories: 1790
Protein: 150 g
Carbs 160 g
Fat: 58 g
Do these sound okay? I'm just starting so really I'm just trying to get in the habit of eating healthier and cooking and starting slow in exercise. I'd like to transform my body but I want to start out by making these habits normal (less eating out, no junk food, soda, etc.). What do you think? Thank you.
>160g of carbs
>not sub 20g of carbs
>58g of fat
It's like you don't even want to be keto master race.

I dunno, I don't even know what diet is good for my body. I let the app pick it out. The app is called FitMenCook btw.
1800 calories is nothing
If you lift, you'll go even more skeletor than you already are
Bump that up to ~2500 calories per day

I have peanut butter and celery sticks. I could snack on those and bump up calories quite a bit I think.
I'm 5'9 and I eat 2700 to gain. Good from skelly to gain muscle, I advise you to the same unless you're fat.

Im atypical but my macro spread is 60% protein 20% carbs 20% fat and I stay lean but still gain weight
