hey yall. i have an issue and this seemed like the best place for me to ask for advice.

last night i had wild sex with my girlfriend, i was on top the whole time (im a male) for probably an hour and a half i really got it going too, definitley reached 120-180 pelvic thrusts per minute for extending periods of time. (i apologize for detail but i want to convey the extreme physical exertion) i became pretty tired after the first hour but i pressed on because she was enjoying it and i hadnt made it to the spanking finale that i know she likes

today i had an extreme discomfort in my lower abdomen/penis. sitting upright at a normal position relieves the pain, but to stretch my body is quite painful. i took some aleeve and the pain went away for most of the day, i fear it will return. this happened last time i had crazy sex too and it went away after about a day and a half.

What am i doing to myself?
Should i be worried?
How can i manage/treat the pain and avoid it in the future?

Also dude you probably just overexerted your hip flexors and lower part of your abdominal muscles, take some ibuprofen, if that helps than it's likely inflammation that goes away by itself in a few days

Also if you want to have mad thrusting sessions without issues in the future, I would check if you have any adjusting in pelvic position, ie, fixing the lordosis in the lower back and stretching/strengthening the hip flexors which are usually pretty tight if you don't give them attention. Pelvic floor exercises like pushing your imaginery tail between your legs while laying on your back helps to reach that same goal. Happy thrusting bro
