make your own food on the weekends, pack it in lunchboxes with portions of lean meat, veggies and carbs to fit your macros, store them in the fridge and bring one to work every day.
if you're at all serious about lifting you should be doing this.
I worked at tim hortons and always did 3-11 but there was always time to go into the back and have food there to eat from home. i cant do that at my current job which really sucks, im trying to eat more before and after work to makeup a bit for it, still trying to perfect the way i bring meals to work..
