I currently do a 6 day brosplit, would I make more gains if I did a 6 day PPL split? what do you guys do?

No you would get more gains doing a fullbody program. Read starting strength. SS with accessories. Pic related is a good template if you want to add more stuff.

Read the sticky. SS is a good beginner and intermediate routine. Throw in a couple isolations and some cardio and it can also be considered an advanced routine.

You can also add pendlay rows in Workout A and replace the curls with face pulls. You can add tricep isolation on Workout B.

I also do a 6 day brosplit (40 sets a day), I went from stand split to a back/bi, chest/tri, shoulders, legs 6 day split. I feel like I made more gains, I definitely get sore gain.
