ALL leg exercises are fuckig shit, specially squats and leg press

Do 5-10 singles of squats at ~ 85-90% of 1rm. Keep that rest as short as possible
Then do an AMRAP at ~ 50-60% of 1rm. Cutoff at 25.
Then switch to front squats. Bust out a few sets of 8.
Now either hit the machines or grab some bands. Alternate hamstring curls with leg extensions. Aim for 20-25 reps per set, stop when you can only hit half as much as the first set.
Now stand back up without puking.
Do bodyweight squats. Sets of 20 until failure.
If you train the deadlift with the same level, the old gods will hear your call
