Yes. If you're trying to lose weight, factor it in. If you're not trying to lose weight, you don't need to count calories just eat another meal, you're gonna need it for the gains anyways. Cardio should be looked at as a way to exercise your heart/cardiovascular system, not as a way to burn extra cals or as a "gains killer".
