Steroid using brosplitfag detected. I can tell because you obviously are on gear and you do train upper body well, but because your on a brosplit you probably hate the leg day and put nowhere near enough effort in. Steroids are there so you can do a lot of work load and benefit from all that workload, but if you train the body part poorly it won't grow and give steroid tier results, hence why your legs look natty compared to upper body.

Hence why I know he trains a brosplit routine. The steroids only work if you do the extra work load.

Natties get 100% stimulation from just a few good sets. Steroid users need to do a truck load of good sets to get the benefits of the steroids. Op is running a brosplit and slacking off on leg day, which is expected for those on a brosplit, training legs on a brosplit sucks. It's just not fun and very painful to do brosplit levels of volume for legs, hence why most people on brosplits have shit legs.

I always felt like a twig and wanted to get bigger. i got some progress. At 2013 still felt like a twig and tried getting bigger. It seems all that got bigger was my core and it's fat may arms/chest stayed the same, no noticeable muscle gains 2015. In 2017 biggest gains i made were ironically by losing weight and achieved my best body yet, which still feels like a twig. from this experience my conclusion is that this is why my frame allows me to achieve and this is my max. Am I right ? Can i say this is as big as i get ?

What should I do to make my body more asthetic (what body part should I put more emphasis on)
I mainly work on my lats,shoulders and arms as I've been hesitant on working on my chest due to gyno under my right nipple.

You're feeling the way you are now because you simply haven't experienced enough of life to know how to handle this situation.

The military will help with your discipline (Check out "Living with a Navy Seal"), but it's not going to teach you anything about women.

Redpill yourself, but be very aware that there's a lot of misogyny in redpill groups that you'll want to avoid. Neil Strauss's "The Game" can be found for free as an audiobook on YouTube too (You can download it as an audio file with a firefox add-on). Expose yourself to as many women as possible and you'll get the hang of things.

Also, stick with the scholarship and college. The paper is worth a lot if you're going into anything but arts, especially if you're in America.

You'll actually kinda struggle to make gains because of the field "training" you'll do.

I'd wait until we are legit getting sent on combat deployments. But between you and me, that won't happen until MAYBE next year or so.

Don't waste four years of your life. You're a fit, young man who has a scholarship in college. You don't need the military to make a man out of yourself.

Don't get me wrong, the military isn't bad. But I'd rather have my marines know what they get into when they sign that dotted line.
