Guise please help,
Im suffering from a really bad case of shortness of breath probably due to Asthma, or allergies, or both, but its having a really negative impact on my energy levels and quality of life. For example I can barely muster up the strength to get though a days work much less get /fit/ without virtually passing out from exhaustion.
I cant afford to see a doctor right now but what are some things I could try to alleviate my symptoms. I recently got some Ephedrine which helps a little and Im thinking of going back to using an inhaler like I did when I was younger but I was wondering if anyone has been through a similar experience and how they overcame this. I just hope I dont have lung cancer or something at this point.
Doctors are free, thankfully the working healthcare system will take over the fee for you since you had actual health problems :)

i've known too many ignorant europeans to just assume that, m8. at least half the eurofucks i've met didn't know the US didn't have healthcare like back in their home countries until they had already arrived.

Yea thats the brand name of Ephedrine, it helps a little but Im no where near 100% lung capacity. This all came out of nowhere so Im just trying whatever I can find right now. Im gonna buy an inhaler next but I doubt that will restore me back to normal completely. Im just trying to survive the next few weeks so I can save up and see a doctor if things progress the way theyve been going.

Magnesium, eat a handful of hazelnuts each day for a week and you could feel a bit better, if not then best check with a doctor.
