im currently on my second day of water fasting.
i've been reading up on it more and people say that you shouldn't do it because in the end you'll just gain all the weight you lost back, but i don't think that'll stop me from doing this. anybody here have negative experiences (or positive ones) with water fasting? please share.

I just eat whatever the fuck I want to bulk for 11 weeks, then do a 14 day water fast.

Gets me down from 16-17%bf to 10% in 2 weeks easy, and also does fade stretchmarks
and loose skin from hard bulking.

do at least 10 weeks, but make sure you mix in salt, and drink a small glass of fruit juice every other day for fructose.

according to this Dr. Fung guy on youtube, you gain back your weight after dieting because dieting lowers your basal metabolic rate. After the diet your metabolism is still slower and thats why you regain your weight although you eat around maintenance. But with fasting apparently does not mess with your basal metabolic rate. So you will keep the weight off. Ofc, you have to make sure not to go on a fast food binge after your return to normal eating.
