How the fuck do people below 200lbs even live. I'm 209lbs from 310lbs and I don't want to cut anymore. I want to lift heavy shit and put on more muscle. But I wanted to get down to 180 before bulking.

Well lads, I have good news and I have bad news.

Good news is that PSMF is cool and I'm down to 185 for this upcoming weigh in.

Bad news is that this is the last month of me managing the contest for y'all. I'm enlisting in the Army Reserves and will be in basic and then AIT until the end of December. So after this tournament and the June 30th weigh-in that's the end of the contest.

UNLESS someone wants to take it over. Download the spreadsheets and do all the organizing on it. I would be more than happy to sit down and discuss this with one of you but I'd like to have someone who's been really committed and in it from the start.

Pieman, Rainman and Glitch have first right of acceptance or refusal on this one as I feel like they're the most connected and dedicated to this thing. No offense to anyone else, I just know their character more than most I feel.

Here is an example of a 1500 calorie dinner. These are homecooked meals. Fajitas in this case. It used to be closer to 2000 a meal before I reduced the number of tortillas from 6 to 3. In this case I put way too much cheese and sourcream.

Can't go wrong with chicken breasts

Put foil on a baking sheet, edges crimped up so juices don't spill out all over

Hit with cooking spray or oil so the breasts don't stick

Season however you like, and put them in the oven at 400F

After twenty minutes, flip them (greasing foil is important so you don't tear it during this step) and bake for another twenty minutes

Almost impossible to fuck up

Are you sure you weigh yourself at the same time of the day at the same state, preferably in the morning after pissing/shiting and before drinking/eating anything? I have a cheap mechanical scale, but it gives pretty consistent results. Losing 4kg and gaining back 3 in two weeks is pretty much impossible, since you would have had to lose almost 4 kilos in a week in order to do that.

Been doing phul but injured my lower back recently so haven't been squatting or deadlifting but have been doing machine lower body instead

I've gone down to 200 lbs from 300. I still have a fat belly. I know I've still got a lot of weight to lose, and my belly will slim down as I lose even more weight, but when should I start doing ab workouts?

From what I've read, it's done to tone your stomach to show your abs once you've already lost enough weight, but if I still have a fat belly, then ab workouts right now wouldn't do anything for me, right?

Nice. I have 7.5 kilos to lose. I think it's achievable in two months of 23:1.
I did a general projection hyperbole after calculating my weekly losses over the last four weeks, then calculating my daily average, and it comes up to approx. 230g per day.
With 23:1 I am hoping to increase it to an average of 400g. Such proportion of loss would mean I could be at my goal weight in 20 days, but I am giving myself 60 just to not be underwhelmed. Slow and steady.
Mind sharing your weight loss stats (height, weight) and weight loss on 23:1 over a specific amount of time so I can get an idea of the progression to come?

The problem is that I've only recently started taking it seriously, because in the past I'd do IF for about the first three or four days of the week, then ate at maintenance. I also cycled 25 km (7-800 calories burned according to mapmyride) 2-3 times and did HIIT once a week. My meals on IF days are between 1000 and 1500 calories. I'm 6'1", and I've lost 5.5 kilos in those eight weeks, so about 0.7 kg/week, or 100g/day. I'm aiming for 2kg/week or 280g/day now that I'm doing it every day. I think 400 g/day seems a bit far-fetched, but who knows, anyway, you'll definitely reach in 60 days tho.

I think that for not so serious until now investment, 5.5 kgs in eight weeks is solid. I think a 280g loss per day on 23:1 with the current workout regimen and caloric intake you have might be possible (though I'd suggest getting a bit deeper into deficit).

you're going to wreck yourself and lose muscle mass, anon. only 20 to 35 mins of HIIT cardio is necessary to achieve the result of 1hour of LISS cardio. If you're looking to build endurance continue like this, but realistically you're doing yourself a big favor switching to a more efficient cardio routine, and lifting weights additionally. That way you'll not only lose fat, but also gain or at least maintain muscle mass while getting to your goal weight.
Ultimately you should seek to hit two birds in one stone and when you actually get there be somewhat out of dyel territory, rather than end your weight loss journey looking like a skinnyfat or spooky skeleton depending on how low you go. Best of luck.

Well I am a faggot lifting hand weights over here, but that's because I'm too poor to afford a home gym and too socially retarded to go to a real gym, so you're doing much better than me at least. I've only been lifting since Dec though. I'd keep up what you're going though as those stats are great. At least wait a little longer before going full bulk as you're so close to your goal.

Nobody is going to wreck themselves by eating almost 2000 calories and cycling for an hour. I know it, because I eat even fewer calories, and cycle for the same amount of time. If anything will hurt that guy who happens to be a 115 kg man, it's gonna be HIIT. He most likely lacks the stamina to do a full HIIT workout anyway. And I haven't experienced any noticeable muscle loss either, by the way.
