What are some good beginner routines anon?
I have been doing bro-splits and cooking up my own programs for a while and I'm getting sick of it... after 4 months my gains started to drop drastically. I have left the gym for a month now, planning to sign up next week so IDK what program I should start with or if I should try to do what I was doing.
