its not that my muscles r sore(that feels like xtc 2 me, luv it), its more that my bones r sore[and i cant tolerate bone/joint pain; makes me drop the weight/exercise, its a very sharp pain]; how can i transcend this plateau?(and yes i alternate muscle groups)...
