Does anyone know a good workout for building mass that's relatively quick in the gym? Can I just bump up reps and drop weight on starting strength?

Don't listen to the SS fags, if you want hypertrophy, you need to eat good protein, and do 3x10s on everything for medium weight. Research around 10 different workouts for each day of the gym. Arms day, chest day, back day, leg day, shoulder day. You can also do chest tri, back bi, shoulders, legs.

Don't listen to the brosplit fags. The best way to do hypertrophy is with a nice PPLPPLx with lots of compounds. Keep sets of 3 and do reps of 6 with the heaviest weight you can until you can do 12, then bump it up by 1.25kg and repeat. Eat your protons, drink your water, never do cardio and get lots of sleep. A tame bulk might also help if you're not already a fat cunt.
