What's up with insuline resistance ?
Should I do low carb low fat as fat is increasing insuline resistance (?) or low carb high fat ?
There's a lot of different opinion on that so yeah I'm asking /fit/ which is the best doctor I know.
It means you're getting diabetes while increasingly acidic blood silently destroys your nerves, vision, organs, blood vessels, etc. until you notice a problem and by then it's too late. Fix your problems or get it under control.

Im reading a lot about this lately, and I started IF today, I'll try to do 16:8 everyday for now.
I hope it will help.
I'm just wondering about the fats from eggs or chicken, are they bad for insuline resistance ?
Are they bad for health in general?
There is a lot of advice and counter advice on the internet. pls respond
Eat more plants, low-carb just avoids the problem and doesn't solve it. Word your carbs.

But yeah I'm going to eat more veget and no more rice, pasta & potatoes. I was eating them a lot so eating vegetable instead should help.

Intermittant fasting has been shown to be incredibly effective at reversing resistance better than drug therapy options.
Other fasting schedules have shown success to including fasting one or two seperate days a week, or alternate day fasting.
I recall reading a study that didn't show improvement with two consecutive days, or something to that effect. Might have been non-compliance.
