Is there any truth to the activated almond meme? Looked it up a bit and apparently this is also for other seeds.
Now looking at Pumpkin Seeds, they're high in Zinc and I want that for healthy nut loads and bodily functions, should I do the activated almonds thing to them in order to get the most nutrients out of them possible, or is it a ruse?
