OP, you need to start with your mentality. The fact that you want everything handed to you shows that you're not even willing to do your own research or read the sticky.
You're never going to look good or get fit if you stick with that mentality. If you can't handle a big of internet scrounging, you won't be able to handle going to the gym x4 a week.
