I am 20 and over the past 2 months I developed gyno under my left nipple, now it has a hardness underneath it and is very sensitive, and looks bad when I take my shirt off

I am only 155lb take no medication and have been lifting for 2 years. No lifestyle changes either, can someone tell me why this happened and can I get rid of it without surgery?

I took it for a week and my dick shrank two inches, no exaggeration. It blocks estrogen from the receptor but it also BLOCKS TEST. I don't know the exact science behind it but it literally shriveled up my cock for the better part of a month after only taking it for a week.
