I just gained my 5 pounds that I just lost back. I thought I could do without counting my calories and just making healthy choices, but I'm eating like shit. I was at 200, I lost 20, then I gained back 5, lost it, and now i just earned it back. I guess the fasting comes now.

Ok fatties, my wife made some great skinny pizza last night that I think the rest of you would enjoy, so I'm gonna post the ingredients/cooking time here.

1 Joseph's Flat Bread - Honey Wheat
9 slices turkey pepperoni (we use kroger brand)
1/4 cup great value shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup Barilla Marinara

Spread the marinara on the flatbread, sprinkle on cheese, add pepperoni

Bake on cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes

Macros:
Calories - 244
Carbs - 24.8g
Fat - 10.2g
Protein - 20.3g
Fiber 5.5g

Had one of these along with a salad with chicken in it for dinner last night. Shit was delicious.

I started counting calories in the beginning of my diet 2 months ago, but after like 2 weeks I stopped, it just seemed to over the top and obsessive. How long have you not been losing weight. If it is a week and you haven't lost your 1-2lb its not too much to worry about, its been a month and you have not lost your 4-8lb then you either are miscalculating your TDEE or your calorie intake. Remember as you lose weight your TDEE changes so you need to recalculate. I like to recalculate every 10lb to keep myself at a 750cal deficit. If you have changed your diet recently there may be someone in there that you are miscalculating.

update from hoarder anon, my place is clean enough now that i won't get reported to the landlord by the maintenance workers (2 weeks ago i just didn't open the door when my apartment looked like picture related). All thats left to do is to mop the kitchen and bathroom floor and clean the mirrors and the shower. I got rid of all the garbage, bought a cheap rug to cover up the fucked up carpet. It isn't quite perfect yet but i will continue working on it, one day it will be perfect.

Anyone have problems with wheezing when you're a min or two into a run? I had to take a year off from running cuz knee pain but now that I'm down to what I was last june I want to run again but I'm wheezing like an akward nerdy kid since I started this week. The wheezing and breathing isn't effecting my ability to run tho

at the very least my heart rate isn't shooting through the roof when I do my runs, I think I only get up to about 165-170 at a 8:30 pace

ate what I consider to be a lot for dinner last night and it was the only meal I had yesterday. today I've skipped breakfast as usual and now it's almost lunch time and I don't know if I should eat I feel that I ate so much yesterday that I should eat lunch today.
I know my cals were well below maintenance and they have been since I started dieting (pretty much to the point of eating almost nothing) but I still feel like if I eat now it's a 'bad' thing.
